The Redeem Token icon
Redeem Token is located in the 
My Profile menu in the Gifts tab . Here, users are able to enter a valid token to receive items that can be redeemed by players.
Promotional Tokens[]
Promotional tokens are given out as a free reward for players to claim usually during an event or at the end of a competition. The token has unlimited uses before it expires and can only be used once by each player. A token can also be used to gift an item to another player. When selecting a gift, you have the option to generate a token. This token can only be used once by another player and immediately expires after it is claimed.
